The popular Danish shoe brand Ecco has decided to close all four stores in Slovenia.
It has three stores in Ljubljana and one in Maribor – they will all be closed on December 9. No reason was given for the closure, reports Forbes Slovenia. Now the footwear of the Danish brand will be available to Slovenians only online and at wholesalers.
The Ecco brand was founded in 1963 in Denmark, and today it is one of the world’s leading brands in the field of comfortable and innovative footwear, producing products for women, men and children, according to Metropolitan. The footwear is mostly decorated with neutral and subdued colors such as black, gray and beige, as well as earthy shades such as brown. There are also models in more vibrant colors such as blue and yellow. The design of the shoes is minimalistic.
