During the match, which lasted twice for 30 minutes, many stars of the football world presented themselves on the conical green, and in the stands there were also 1,600 representatives of civil protection, firefighters and soldiers who helped those affected by the floods in August.
The blue team, led by the coach of the Slovenian national football team, Matjaž Kek, included Gianluigi Buffon, captain Paolo Maldini, Eric Abidal, Vedran Ćorluka, surprise Zlatan Ibrahimović (he initially wore the captain’s armband instead of Maldini), Javier Zanetti, Davor Šuker, Zvonimir Boban, Clarence Seedorf, Miran Pavlin, Predrag Mijatović, Miroslav Klose, Dimitar Berbatov, Boštjan Cesar, Levan Kobiašvili, Milivoje Novaković and Marcos Tavares.
