After revealing last week that she had a confirmed severe diagnosis, she now also told what exactly is wrong with her. Styrian entrepreneur Carmen Osovnikarwhich Slovenia knows from the shows Dream Woman and Vražje dame, have confirmed a severe form of heart arrhythmia, which fortunately is in the early stages, so surgery is not necessary for the time being. “I currently have therapy, two different medications and a third pill that I take in case of an attack,” she revealed to Žurnal24.
She had her first attack in the summer, and luckily she called the paramedics at that time, so they could later confirm her diagnosis. “When an attack happens it’s terrible, my heart rate jumps to 160, I can’t breathe, I panic. The worst thing is because you never know when it’s going to happen, and I’m on the road a lot, on the highway, and that’s what I was most afraid of.” revealed Carmen, who says that it is a disease of modern life and the fast pace that she herself has lived, and some of it is also hereditary. “My mother also has a heart arrhythmia, but a different type. She has already had 5 surgeries, but she got it later, at the age of 55, and I at 41,” he adds.
The diagnosis forced Carmen to change her lifestyle and now take more rest: “I calmed down a bit more, I avoid stress and I take the weekend for myself when I see that the body needs rest.”
